With a strong focus and delivery on strategic vision, growth, sustainability, quality and innovation, he has successfully built, developed, organized and strengthened organizations serving disabilities, rare disease, refugees/asylum seekers, homeless and other urgent needs.

Troy has a strong devotion to his family, faith, and enjoys golf, basketball, fitness, scuba diving and his favorite sports teams.
