Bay Area breast cancer organization raises funds to help people living with breast cancer.
Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate. Virtually everyone has been touched by it in some way. Maybe you’ve just been diagnosed, or you’re a long-time survivor. Or maybe it’s your mother, sister, best friend…or even your dad who has had a bout with the disease. Yet there are many in our midst who don’t have the resources to help them get through the difficult journey.
With the generous support of our sponsors, donors and volunteers, To Celebrate Life through its grants awards program, is here to implement the Foundation’s vision that no one in our nine-county Bay Area should face breast cancer alone. Since 1996, To Celebrate Life has granted over $4.25 Million to fund emergency and direct services for breast cancer patients.
THANK YOU for an amazing year! We begin this New Year with gratitude for the many people whose dedication and support enabled us to grant $275,000 in 2015 to 16 Bay Area organizations providing emergency and direct services and financial assistance. Our grants provided 2,541 services to underserved patients coping with overwhelming health and financial emergencies.
We are grateful for the commitment of our longtime donors, volunteers and supporters whose gifts of dollars, time, talent and in-kind donations allows us to fund our Grants Program. In 1996, ten women envisioned an organization that would help fund direct and emergency services for the underserved. We begin our 20th year looking forward to your continued partnership and support so we can continue to fulfill our vision – No one should face breast cancer alone.
